Returns and Refunds
You can return any item in sellable condition as long as we receive it within
two (2) weeks from your date of purchase. No advance authorization is
needed, just mail the item(s) back to KWP and we will refund your money.
We will send refund when we have received items and checked that they are
current and in resellable condition.
For items that are sold as sets, we can only give credit if you return the
complete set.
Please be sure to return your packing slip or invoice along with your
shipment.
Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred to return
the product to KWP. KWP will not accept returned items that arrive C.O.D.
Customers are responsible for the product until the package is signed for by
KWP.
