Disaster OutReach: Provide Relief for Disaster Areas
Natural disasters leave devastation in their wake. Not only can homes, schools,
stores and churches be destroyed, but people’s way of life and their hope for the
future can be dramatically altered. In order to rebuild a disaster area, it takes time
and many hands. In the aftermath, there is a great need for many things.
Community Helpers OutReach: Show Appreciation for Fire and
Rescue Workers
Local fire and rescue volunteer workers can be described as Good Samaritans.
They give of their time to help those in distress. It does not matter who the victims
are or the convenience of assisting them, it matters that they are our neighbor and
they are in need. The fire and rescue workers serve them out of love. This
ReachOut will be show support and appreciation for their service.
Easter: 40 Days of Lent
We are beginning a very important season of the year, the season of Lent. Lent is
a time to prepare our hearts with love and joy. Children will grow up seeing Lent as
a season of Grace by sharing God’s love with others. Each day can be a
celebration of life through simple gifts of love, kindness and service.
So… instead of the “giving up” something for Lent let’s “do” something for Lent!
This ReachOut is $12.
